What gets refreshed, how often, and what to trust when the site and the checkout disagree.
The catalog was last updated on September 12, 2026. If a price here and a price at checkout disagree, the checkout is right: that is the register, and this is a catalog.
What we update, and how often
Prices go first. Every pair in the Elvora approach is re-priced on a schedule, and the figure on a card comes from our last update rather than a number typed in by hand. Size runs and colors move more slowly: when a color sells through, its sizes drop off before the color itself leaves the site.
A pair that is no longer available leaves the site on the next update, and it comes back on the update after it returns.
Where the numbers on a page come from
Every count on this site, from the 10 styles and 42 colors to the size run in a shelf header, is read out of the catalog when the page is built. Heel and platform heights, uppers and soles come from our product data for each style. Ratings and rating counts are the pool of customer ratings on each pair, printed as they are.
Our sources on fit and foot care
Fit advice on this site draws on the organizations below. We read each page before linking it and write our advice to match what it says. Where a source does not make a claim, neither do we: none of them says that a barefoot or zero-drop shoe improves your feet, and we do not say so either.
Order of pairs
Shelves list pairs by the number of ratings they have collected, most first. Nothing is placed higher because it earns us more.
